  1. Are there holy things? Ezekiel 22:26

    Her priests do violence to my law and profane my holy things; they do not distinguish between the holy and the common; they teach that there is no difference between the unclean and the clean; and they shut their eyes to the keeping of my Sabbaths, so that I am profaned among them.

  2. How do things or objects become holy? Leviticus 27:28

    28 None of you may sell or buy back what you have unconditionally dedicated to the Lord, whether it is a human being, an animal, or land. It belongs permanently to the Lord.

  3. Does God have standards the worshipper must meet to make the worshipper compatible with God?
  4. Does the priest stand between man and God to enable the worshipper to meet those standards?
  5. Does God distinguish between the holy and the common?

  22. Did the promise specify the name of the virgin?
  23. If Mary had made herself unclean by defiling herself and losing her virginity, would she have qualified to host Jesus Christ in her womb, and give birth to him or another virgin who had kept herself undefiled?

Although the whole earth is mine, 6 you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.”

  56. Has God called you to be his treasured possession, set apart from other humans, a priest, and a king, or have you been called to be like everyone else?
  57. Do you want to be God's prized possession, holy and set apart to God, or do you want to blend in and be accepted by everyone else?
  58. Does living a life of purity and holiness demonstrate to others that they can also be pure and holy?
  59. Can purity and holiness be used to wage spiritual warfare?

  62. Was Noah able to keep himself undefiled when the whole earth had turned away from God? Genesis 6:9-11

    9-10 This is the story of Noah. He had three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Noah had no faults and was the only good man of his time. He lived in fellowship with God, 11 but everyone else was evil in God's sight, and violence had spread everywhere.
